On 05/04/2009 at 5:04 A.M. Node JJJ carrying eight VPS's was found off line. The reason for the crash is not known, but X-Copies of Virtual Machine backups were being made at the time. The X-Copies where initiated again without failure. The node will be monitored for other anomalies. The node was brought back into production at 8:18 A.M.
On 03/11/2009 at 7:15 A.M. CT SOAPware's electronic prescriptions for SOAPware 2008 failed. The issue was fixed and electronic prescribing was brought back online by 9:15 A.M. ...update, occurrence happened again at 10:35 to 11:15. Development now feels the issue has totally been fixed.
On 02/25/2009 at 10:00 P.M. CT an updated firewall device will be put into place. Down time was less than 10 minutes.
On 02/19/2009 at 3:29 PM our fiber connections was interrupted for less than 10 minutes, Cox reports that physical damage (someone digging in the wrong place) was done to the fiber and the down time was the reroute of the circuit. Circuit is now up.
On 02/18/2009 at 10:00 PM CT we will be replacing an APC Inc. UPS Unit that has a bad battery light. This battery backup unit is performing adequately, but as a precautionary measure we are replacing the entire unit. Not all Nodes will be offline during this replacement, the replacement should take less than 10 minutes.
On 2/11/2009 at 2:35 to 2:45 PM the Cox fiber circuit was up and down twice, Cox reported a port on a main Internet backbone router failed, taking their and many other service providers across the US down for 10 minutes.
On 2/9/2009 at 9:30 AM the Router and Firewall had power issues, a new Firewall is being configured, if connectivity is lost again or that behavior happens again the unit will be replaced.
On 10/08/2008 at 6:35 PM Utility Power went out, the generator power came online, but when the utility power came online two battery backup units failed to supply the demand. They will be replaced, not all the nodes or network was effected.
On 10/08/2008 at 11:15 AM the Virtuozzo Support Team launched a procedure to diagnose a printer issue that severely impacted the resources of the entire node. The procedure was stopped and the node rebooted, at 11:30 AM all services were restored.
On 08/13/2008 at 9:00 AM CT the Cox fiber circuit (Main) was off line for 5 minutes, Cox was notified of the five minute outage.
On 03/17/2008 at 8:30 AM CT the Cox fiber circuit (Main) went down. Cox was notified within minutes, by 8:55 AM CT Cox had found the issue and restored the service. All calling SHS users were given the ability to switch immediately to the backup line. Service is now online as of 8:55 AM. If you experience any outage today, please call 800-455-7627.
On 12/12/2007 NODE AAA (computer) hung on a disk page fault error, the server was rebooted and came back online without issue. AAA is to be retired in the next 7 days and affected VPS's will be moved to a new server.
SOAPware Hosting Service was be conducting monthly maintenance on the VPS Servers on October Friday, 26th at 10PM until October 27th at 4AM CST.
On 10/24/2007 at 5:30 PM CT the Cox fiber circuit (Main) went down. Cox was notified within minutes, by 7:00 PM CT Cox had found the issue and restored the service. All calling SHS users were given the ability to switch immediately to the backup line, but declined. Service is now online as of 7:05 PM. 9-14-2007 SOAPware Hosting Service conducted monthly maintenance on the VPS Servers on Friday, September 14th at 10PM until September 15th at 6AM CST. All VPS's were upgraded to SP2 and the latest available updates.
6-16-2007 all VPS's will be rolling back to the "Normal" DNS names.
6-1-2007 at 23:00 Microsoft Window 2003 updates will be applied to nodes. Other physical maintenance may be given as needed. Down time will be 1 to 3 hours.
On 5-29-2007 around 08:00 ATT and our local ISP had a partial outage, we chose to go to our Backup connection (COX Fiber Services).
On 5-29-2007 at 02:05 CT Node AAA hung on reboot. Technicians rebooted the node and it came online normally. The system will be observed again at 02:00 CT for reboot issues.
Starting 4-25-2007 at 2 am CT We will be rebooting the VPS's. This will increase stability and decrease orphaned and lost sessions, it will also increase the responsiveness of your VPS.

On 4-25-2007 at 2:50 CT the node EEE inadvertently crashed, but was brought back online at 3:00 pm CT. Steps are being taken to make sure this doesn't happen again.

SOAPware Hosting Services runs two Internet connections, if the main
"Primary" connection fails the "Secondary" will be enabled.
During a Normal status you should use your name.mysoapware.com DNS name.
During a Backup status you should use your nameBU.mysoapware.com DNS name.For example, if your normal DNS name is james.mysoapware.com your backup DNS name will be jamesBU.mysoapware.com

During a Node Outage one or more VPS's
will be offline and repair estimates times will be noted. (If a Outage is posted, there is no reason to call support the issue will
handled as quickly as possible)
Individual VPS
If None is listed SOAPware support
doesn't know of any issues.
If an individual VPS is having issues its number will be posted. For
example if Individual VPS 151 is listed then
that Server 151 is off line and is being worked on.
NOTE: If your VPS Number is listed, there is no reason to call support, the
issue will be handled as quickly as possible, if however your VPS number is not listed
and the Node Status is "Normal", please call support ASAP at 1-800-455-7627.
